As a few of you know on here i was diagnosed with throat cancer last june, at the time is was found to be non operable due to it being in my voicebox, throat & it had gone round to my spinal chord.
I chose chemo and radiotherapy to keep me going for as long as possible ( quality over quantity).
However, i was offered a trial course of radiotherapy, about twice the normal dose. i thought what the hell, nothing to loose so went for it. It did nearly kill me though as i was admitted near to death last october.
Last friday i went for my latest Mri scan results.....and guess what...its all bloomin gone.
Now in remission with another scan in 6 months to keep an eye on me.
I thought i would share this with you all, not only as im so happy but to also say...there is always hope, NEVER give up.
