There's only 7 Legacy's currently available through British Car Auctions (BCA), of those 7 one is a diesel.

Not what you're looking for, but useful as a reference;

SUBARU LEGACY OUTBACK 2.0 D REN Estate

BF59 OAY / 25/09/2009 / 82,193 warranted / Diesel / Manual / Grey / MOT-12/08/2016 / Last serviced @77k, 6 stamps

Retail - £6,950
CAP Clean - £5,600
CAP Average - £5,225
CAP Below - £4,875

I'd quite like a 3ltr H6 Legacy, but I think it'd have to be LPG'ed!  ::)  :y

I have ways fancied one too but with my current milage I cannot justify it.

One negative of getting the scooby would be saying goodbye to kitty :'(

I have a feeling a mate of mine, who had one, was getting low 20's on a commute, so yes, probably so.

This is the 2.0 diesel, much better on running costs than the imprezzas.

Well i picked her up last night and the first thing i noticed were the headlights.  Firk me they are good!  The seats are comfy but i cant seem to get a good height for the elbows to rest on something, i shall have to continue playing with seat position. I also decided to have a little fun with the wet and the 4 wheel drive. Nice and responsive, good pickup but less feedback than i was expecting. I was happy with the 41mpg though, despite the asbo driving style ::)

I am sure you will enjoy it, personally I think they are great cars I am just waiting for my neighbour to stop driving & I will be purchasing her 55 plate Forester which she has had from new, her son is an area sales manager for Subaru & her car has only done 21,000 miles with full history she is 84 now & has developed a serious eye condition, this will replace SWMBO Panda which I don't particularly enjoy driving.
