Anybody know anything about draws / lotteries and such like ?

I am planning to run a propmotion on my website whereby every order qualifies for a ticket in a Christmas draw. Nearer the time three tickets will be drawn for 1st, 2nd & 3rd prizes.

Question is -- is this legal and/or do I need any permits / licences ??

Funny you should ask...

I'm reading the Gambling Act 2005 right at the moment...

Sling me a PM with all the details and I'll find out what you need, might need to call the legal team Monday and rack there brains though, I dealt mainly with Fraud and Income Protection but I have all the paper work laying around
