Pleasant surprise
« on: 11 April 2016, 18:22:50 »

Had a letter a couple of weeks ago asking me to phone a number to talk to someone about a Scottish Widows product.Couldn't remember having any kind of product from them but phoned anyway. An appointment time was made for them to phone me back to talk about it,which was duly done.Wasn't much help with the questions they asked as apparently it was something back in 2011 and I still couldn't remember anything.Pleasantly surprised when I got home today to find a letter from Scottish Widows with a cheque for £100 attached.Result :y

Result! You have probably been paying £10 a month for 40 years. Coincidentally we found a Scottish Widows document today too.
