OK so yesterday I fitted the refurbed wheels and new tyres and put the poly rear donuts in, as I put the Elite on the drive to do the above I could see a damp area on the road and a line where I had moved the car onto the drive. Looking under the car with the engine running I could see coolant running from the back of the engine.
Today I have removed the inlet manifold and black plate to find coolant along the valley between the heads.
So I now need to do a pressure test to find out if it's the oil cooler seal/joint. Which is the best way to fit an air valve to the spare expansion cap I have
I have a new oil cooler kit here, so what are the other items I will need to do the cooler change, in the kit I have the cooler, cover plate two nuts and two o rings, as the coolant bridge will need to come out to do this job, what seals do I need and part number if any one has them
and the number for the correct sealant
