Never owned a TR5, but have owned TR3, TR3A, TR4 and TR6 (see above)
Currently have a 67 TR4A (owned since mid 80s when it was extensively rebuilt and resprayed red by me)

There was an odd Metropolitan at the recent Haynes museum meet that had had just enough to get it road worthy after being in a barn. Rust, scratches, looked like it would fall apart.

Got more looks and smiles than most of the shiny things.
