Hi can anybody tell me if a 2.5 exhaust including cats would fit a 3.2.....

Cats would need tweaking to fit the manifolds, but otherwise fundamentally yes although back box and sensors are different  :y

You'll need to fit, some bosses' in the downpipes, and grind 5-8mm of the downpipe, will allow the 3.2 to breath better :y
