trouble with alternator

Hi! Have an   2.5 td ,98  with 324000klms , I change two alternators but not charge , not more than 11,80volts accesories belt new als0 .When connect the a/c sistem battery goes down and megatron start off.please can you help me?

Cant bear to see no replies. Were the 2 alternators you tried new .Certainly when my alternator failed it showed about 11 volts. New alternator fitted and all ok

make sure the wiring to the alternator is good and you have battery voltage at the main wire and the feed wire. ensure you have a good earth connection to the alternator too.

Classic thing to check is that the battery warning light on the dash hasn't blown, as this provides a little current to excite the alternator at start-up. Without this current the alternator won't start charging.
