I bought a belt tensioner from ecp and fitted it. I used the same bolt & I thought it was queer the bolt got tight & I had to put washers on it to avoid doing thread damage. when I put the belt on it sat a little bit proud of the actual tensioners wheel whilst being ok on all the other pully,s. I know its an easy fix by putting a 8mm or so shim behind the the two fixing points to bring it more inline with the pulleys & allowing the belt to sit fully on the tensioner wheel
I went back to ecp yesterday to show them how the belt didn't seem to sit right & also buy a new belt. I got back to the car & it didn't start, the drive belt was off & as I had no tools with me I had to be recovered. anyway I put a 4mm thick washer/shim  behind the top bolt & now  glad to say the new belt sits right  :y
