Steering column movement

Hi guys, have any of you come across the situation with the adjustable columns on the PFL moving up and down slightly when in the upper position? Move it down a notch and it is fine.

Just annoying really, just have not had a chance to pull it all part and either see what is worn, or what to put in place to stop it.

Any ideas?
