Back again! I took her for a run last night and the same thing happened after around 15 miles, misfire while waiting at temporary traffic lights. Stopped further up the road and pulled the MAF plug off and it made no difference. Can't plug in ELM or check anything today as it is persisting down up here.  :(

Right! After my rellies have gone back to Oz I started to find out what the problem is with the Omega, and this is what I found in the 2 4 6 bank dispack. it seems like sand that is in the wells and on the plug leads. It's obviously water based. I had an issue with water ingress a while back (over a year ago) when the drain plug on that side filled with water and soaked my passenger side footwell. There is no decrease in the level of the coolant tank. See photos. Any ideas guys?

Undo the scuttle clips and remove the foam from the bottom with a stanley knife. This alleviate virtually all of the leak issues.

Thanks guys. Do you think the pack is fubared? and is there a way of testing? On close inspection, the base of all three plug extensions has a crack in it.

Coil pack is more than likely fubared. Don't know how you would check though.
