New car
« on: 20 July 2008, 12:19:04 »

Went to look at a new car today. Private sale via a mates mate. Was exited beyond belief only to go and see possibly the worst heap I have seen to be kept on a public road!

It was a shame... a pontiac trans-am gta. In a mess, rust everywhere, bald tyresx4. masses of play in steering, did not fire for a good min and then sounded more like a bag of spanner than a V8... and he wanted 5k... with no chance of anything less!!!

I did offer him voluntary admmitance to a psychy ward  :D :D

Nevermind... going to see a 79 example next week.. hopful for that  ::) ::)
