This is something I had not really considered. I am learning the hard way that black cars are a bastard to keep clean.

Perhaps I should have gone for the 'Barbie pink' MX5 instead.....or snot green Astra. :-\

So are white ones  :-X


It's why silver is such a popular colour; they just go a dull grey ;D

I owned a silver Omega. Apparently they are extremely rare. :)

And I thought I owned the only one  ;D

Top tip,if you don't wash your car you'll never have to worry about it getting mucky again :D ;D

I disagree. I wash mine every six months whether it needs it or not.  ;D

Presumably you use what is left of the family's biannual bathwater?

There's a garage I know of that since the EE's set a car wash up down the road, sell their 'Gold Wash' on the automatic car wash for £3!  :y

So when I'm in the area I always put the old girl through and it's the only time she gets a wash pretty much!  ::)  ;D

Put the Beemer through it the other day and she scrubbed up very nicely indeed!  8)

Garages full of crap M'lud?  ::)  ;D

My mates wife is from Argentina, and his Father in Law was amazed that people here keep worthless crap in the garage and expensive cars on the street!  ;D

A few years ago I found a dead rat. He was a big bastard, so much so that I measured him.

Eleven inches for the body and nine inches for the tail (or the other way around)
