How old is the van ?? There was a problem with a large batch of polyplastic windows on several makes of 'van (polyplastic provide 90% of caravan windows to the European market) a few years back that SHOULD have been dealt with under warranty, you "might" be able to get the manufacturer to help ... if you are very lucky ....

Failing that some people have used sikaflex to glue the edges back together .. no idea how long it lasts ... :(

When I was on a site in Wareham, a neighbour had a similar problem and I went to this company:-
http://poole-dorset.cylex-uk.co.uk/company/charles---son-15788461.html
for him and was advised of the correct procedure and adhesive, etc.
Unfortunately, I have forgotten mostly what it entailed because I never did the repair, but Charles and Sons are very helpful and experienced in all things caravan - and they do mail order, as you are some way from them.

This happened to my brother-in-laws 2007 Abbey Vogue on its first outing when it was brand new and, although it was replaced under warranty, a local dealer sealed it back up with acrylic adhesive so that he could still use it. Just remember to pop the plastic plugs out on a nice warm day to dry out the air gap so that it doesn't mist up between the acrylic panels.  :y  Be careful what you use as some adhesives will melt it. A quick google may help to find a successful adhesive.
