15k miles a year and commuter pack means mine is high, £600 for the VW.
Fudging fudgecakes :o

Probably the badge, as VW drivers are, to quote Mrs TB, pathetic men with small cocks.  I think she is inferring they don't drive with due care and attention ;D

I'm down as 20k per year, full business use for both of us, fully comp with protected NCD, well under £200 (from memory, £176).

Worked out as £240 earlier this year, fully comprehensive which covers both of our 2 cars, the omega 3.2 manual, and oldish W Reg micra 1.0 with Aviva after multipolicy discount (cars, house building/contents ), and after cashback via the topcashback site.
Sold the micra yesterday though , as awaiting another vehicle so will transfer existing policy in due course :)

I'd like to say I've never paid that much. But I have. I paid over £900 for my Mk2 Astra GTE when I was 21, right at the time when the TV news was full of footage they'd got of joyriders nicking GTE's and racing them around Blackbird Leys in Oxford.  Next years premium was £3k, so I sold it before the renewal ;)

I paid £636 tpf&t in 1979. That was a huge amount of money in those days. But your only young & stupid once. Im now old and just as stupid, but my insurance is much cheaper.  ;D
