So does your avatar, Opti! ;D

No these are monthlies - I have astigmatism in one eye with a 130º axis which isn't available in long-wear dailies, the closest was 110 which left everything rather off.  The monthlies have the right prescription but because they 'swim' around when I blink and then slowly settle back to 'upright' I'm finding them a bit tricky for use with a computer.. which would be fine but that's what I sit in front of for 8+ hours a day for a job ;D

When all is said and done contacts are a bloody great big foreign body swimming around in your eye. It's not as nature intended.

How about glasses for the eight hours in front of the computer screen, and contacts for the evening?

.....and sexy Shami is gorgeous. Just ask TB. :)

Had them for years but i kept falling asleep with them in and it was a lot of hassle to get them back out when stuck to the top of your eyeball. So i got my eyes lasered.

Although if short sighted will need glasses for reading.

No i was short sighted. Only reason they cant do it now is if you have a stigma like my daughter and she needs the glasses to pull her eye straight.

 ;D they're OK with blinking as long as the blinks don't join up and become sleeps..

Eight hours staring at a computer screen whilst consuming a variety of savoury products manufactured by Greggs can't be called work.  ;)

Digging coal for 16 hours a day.......now that's work. ::) ::) ;)
