Is it the top hat seal as discussed in this thread?

Plenum off, reseal with a smear of grease on the rings. Failing that, replace :y

Something doesn't ring true here - either the manifold has become distorted or something is stopping the two faces from coming together.

Are you sure that the air leak is between the upper and lower manifold? Another possibility is that the air leak is above or below the plastic sandwich plate.

I,m 90 percent sure...because i hear hissing sound between top manifold and lower manifold pipes...however i have redone rings again with silicone sealant and will see...it sounds stupid to me either but the situation is like that...even the O rings look perfect..they dont have signs of wear...if that doesent help i will look further down the manifold

There are two dowel pins in the lower manifold that locate in holes in the upper manifold. If they were damaged (or something was stuck in the holes) that might stop the two faces coming together :-\

Mine does this when cold, but the noise goes when it's warmed up and everything has expanded.  I've tried all sorts over the years mostly involving grease and silicone, and  because I'm tight probably the only thing I haven't tried is replacing the 6 big O rings.  :)
