We're away next week in our tintent now the fridge is fixed... I might just purchase a keg.... :)

Shame they don't do Trooper in keg form, only pint bottles at the moment. Unless I find a pub thats got it on draught... then the wife drives :)

I'm fairly sure I've seen it on draught, specifically in a pub called The Office in Swansea which is, surprise surprise, a rock/metal bar.

 :y

I`ve seen it in a few pubs on draught and not necessarily rock pubs either, though it does help  :y

Well a quick gander suggest these are idea for HomeBrew, you can actually buy the same Mini Kegs as used by the Brewers Co for Home Brewing, or buy theirs then drink the contents.   :D

Theres a few YouTubes on the subject, which most seem to waffle on for half an hour, for what is in practice a 15 second operation.  ::)

But in essence -

Leave the lower Pourer / Tap in situ. Pull the top Air Lock off, push the remaining plastic bit into the can, carefully remove the rubber bung, retrieve the plastic bit inside the can, wash, rinse, sterilize everything, pour you poison into the can, reseal, Job done.  :y

For teenagers in the seventies the Party Seven was the height of sophistication.

A twenty pack of Players No6 took the nasty taste away. :D

Nah. In the seventies I was swigging strongbow cider mixed with nutcracker wine. Lovely.  :)
