Why not? I do sometimes. Phone is in a holder...connected to the Ford wireless, magically. I have buttons on the steering wheel for call/answer and end call plus volume up/down....the Ford also has a button for voice operated commands.....so I can press the button and say "Call Steve" , not that I would ever do that 

But not breaking the law......

Yep....its you choice that you don't use your phone legally when driving...

It really pee's me off when I see drivers holding their phone to their ear.....go hands free....it doesn't cost much...ffs...and if hands free....no different imo....than having a conversation with a passenger

It doesn't cost anything as far as I can see. I have a cradle stuck to the windscreen so I can, very occasionally, use google maps. I could put the phone in that and answer a call by pressing the home key. But I just prefer not to cause I'm a funny old bugger.

You don`t even need the phone holder, Bluetooth works just as well when the phone is in your pocket

I really should investigate this Bluetooth thing sometime. It sounds useful. 
I think the DAB radio in 50 shades of grey* can do Bluetooth, but Ive no idea what spell I'm supposed to recite to unleash the withcraft within it.
