The lad used Hastings essential for his first year as a new driver with me as named driver.
Worked out at 1200 quid for the first year (paying cash)

The 2nd year (1 years ncb) came out at under 700 quid again with me as named driver.
All above is fully comp.
The car is a 45 plate corsa cdti with no mods

Low group car, her own policy and ring round every one, never tell another company what price you have as then they will beat by just a fiver.

Then when you have a price keep ringing different companies and play them at thier own game for discount.

Mine was brought down from £790 to £340 over a few phone calls and the only place I rang was Admiral.(Different agent each time)  ::) ::) :y

I wasn't aware the corsa was around in 1945, you live and learn. What's the mileage on it?

Your maths is well out old boy.....

According to your reckoning a 54 plate would be a 1954 car.....

So obviously a 45 plate means 2004...   ;D ;D And corsas were about then  :y

Bollix  ;D 2004 was 04 and 54. Are you sure you're a taxi driver?  ;D A 45 plate will be 2045, and I don't think he meant that.

You should do what we did put her as a named driver on my wife's 51 reg Mini Cooper (aged 17.5) £2200 a year.

Probably would have been better to have bought her a Jazz
