Think it may be a bit tight for a silencer on the Off Side but, there was a standard off the shelf system (Irmscher) which gave split rear outlets

Righthand exit comes from back of back box next to lefthand exit...

No room for right hand back box without replacing fuel tank.

If one of those pikey custom stainless places tries to copy the Irmscher one, remember Irmscher supply a substaintial heatshield for the fuel tank, as the pipe does run quite close.  I bet any pikey place wouldn't

There is a member on here (MV6 MAN) who has a M3 style exhaust on his saloon. Don't see him on here much now though.  :-\

Edit:
Just noticed that he hasn't been active on here for four years now.  :-\

Given that that end isn't restrictive, fake tail pieces might also be an option

I still have a catback full stainless exhaust system, that was fitted with the Irmscher style split pipe that ran to the other side.... funnily enough fitted by a 'Pikey' exhaust system fitter/builder.... sounds very nice when running, also has released a few extra ponies with the system design....

Twin exhausts until they reach the rear of the car, where they then run into a single box. Would be interested to see pics of your twin systems to see how they get around the fuel tank.  :y

Ill take a pic later, they both look exactly the same, two mufflers at the end next to eachother instead of one.
