Hi everyone  :)first post can anyone tell me if you can adjust the Windows as when it goes up or down it seems  to strain really bad its both drivers and passengers side most greatful for any help :y

Get a can of silicone lubricant spray from screwfix or similar,lavishly spray down the channels and the felt part the glass runs in

If not sticking in the window channels, it may be the operating cables getting crossed/tangled. I had this symptom followed by failure. Required mechanism change. :y
