Quick question, and I figured if anyone is going to know it's you lot..

I have a Corsa B column in the kit car (ePAS, because I'm rainbow coloured on the inside) and ultimately I'm going to want to ditch the standard ignition barrel and steering lock assembly because it gets in the way of the dashboard - might keep it for the IVA though as it saves fitting an electronic immobiliser..

Anyway - is it a case of removing the barrel (key in, depress pin, pull barrel out with key) and then drilling/punching the shear bolts off the barrel retaining assembly, removing the whole barrel assembly and you're done?

ON the one off time I have done this to a B, it was exactly the same as the Omega so yes
