My MV6 wheels are all buckled :(

I will be keeping an eye on my wheels then, know what you're like for liberating other peoples parts (droplinks)!!

They aren't bad but not as nice as the ones in the pic! Nice wheels all round.  :y

I fell lucky with this set. seller said he paid VX £1000 new but later wanted larger rims, described them as mint etc etc. I bid £356 & won them for £327 with tyres. Still wondered if i'd payed too much but glad i bid now. His garage was carpeted, walls plastered, like indoors. Tools kept in pine cabinets. His Mig was a silver facelift with a 2.0 Astra turbo dropped in! It made mine look filthy it was that clean. Had to go to Luton for them but more than worthwhile. :)

Do you sand blast them or just rub them down?

Hand rubbed starting with 120 grit discs then 320 finishing with wet 800  to get 'em smooth, then primer then rub primer down with 400,  colour then laquer, if need be at this stage flat & polish...done.
To be fair it's my mate Steve doing all this in my workshop not me. :y
