Time will tell as someone was arrested at the scene. Poor people... Hope the emergency services succeed in keeping the casualty list small.

Would one of the London Bridge attackers be given the benefit of the doubt and a mental health assessment?

One of the eyewitnesses said something similar.He said he didn't want to hear excuses like mental health problems and that it was a terrorist attack pure and simple.Another eyewitness[or maybe the same one]"Why did the the police take an hour to respond and the ambulance 45mins?"Yet another "Thankfully the police/ambulance got there very quickly"and another "I followed someone out of the mosque to find out what was happening and instantly began videoing the scene for snapchat" A muslim[spokesman type I assume]on the sofa in the studio kept lumping the Grenfell tower fire in with this attack and the previous terrorist attacks
