I worked that much out... Immigration is not a new concept and tit for tat bullshit achieves nothing, you only have to glance at the Middle East to see that.

The crowd's initial reaction, although understandable, was rightly tempered by reason. Believe it or not this is still a civilised country  :-X

And, contrary to popular belief and hype, the Muslim community are reasonable people. I do wonder how successful a vicar would have been if the roles had been reversed :-\

T'was always going to happen, given the way the vast majority of us consume news, and recent events.  Added to that that the vast majority of the population are actually surprisingly stupid gullible...

Obviously this will be used as an excuse for another brainwashed attack, and is just what the "Islamic" extremists want...  ...emphasising these people are not following mainstream Islamic beliefs.

.

It's been a long time, and was bound to happen, if he had been dressed in full king Richard, gear would it be classed as a religious attack.

I read somewhere the problem is certain religions can't have sex before marriage, so you have a lot of testosterone filled men with nowhere to vent there hormones,, maybe allowing sex might calm the male population down.

Intolerance and terrorism are the weapons and losers playing the role of useful fools. They are used by those on the hard left and right of politics and religion where they want conflict and us to lose our freedom, tolerance and democracy.

We are quite rightly shocked and reviled by such attacks by whoever is attacking who and it is important that we continue to be so. Yes, sensible measures must continue to be taken to improve security and intelligence, but the way to ultimately defeat them is to push back and carry on. A major problem is that we have less and less centralist media and the extremists that run them increasingly see themselves as part of the extremes and are doing their best to increase intolerance and problems. This also very much includes the Marxist Warriors on the march in the Labour party. :( :( :(

I'm not sure where the Western world is heading at the moment, but in geostrategic terms, it is currently known as the age of disruption, where these appear in cycles and we are only at the beginning of this 20-40 year one. The one before ran from about 1910 until 1950, this one started in 2000-2010 and will continue until when???

What we must defend at all costs is our freedoms and democracy, where these are the bedrock of Western civilization and considerable wealth and without the former, we will lose the latter. The UK has descended into dark periods in the past when civilization and wealth have gone backwards with the end of the Roman Empire and our descent into the Dark Ages being one of them. ??? ??? ??? We have no divine right to be free, democratic and one of the richest countries on the planet, we must continue to actively defend these values against those evil Orcs that would destroy them. >:( >:( >:(

My telly is staying off today until the tennis starts this afternoon. Sick of hearing all the 'experts' pontificating about the why's and wherefore's.

My telly is off for most of the time except for Channel 46 "Challenge" with endless ancient replays of The Chase and even older "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire"   ::), oh and catching up on DVD box set of Game Of Thrones.
