That link is very vague... I wouldn't want to chance the charges in court... arguably the value loss would be your liability as you are effectively renting the car. Also any GAP insurance would become null and void, again leaving you vulnerable.

Stick to HP, and pay a minimum deposit and look after the car... no arguments or comeback regardless of the mileage... ;)
