http://www.mx5parts.co.uk/ are OK for parts. Very quick and no quality problems so far.

I have a set of front disks and pads in the garage that I bought for Emma's car because I knew they were in a state, or so I thought. Took the wheels off and they are fine. It's my car that has the breaked brakes. :-[ ::)

Hi Pete. I'd have gone for the silver one. Good miles just needs a tinker & service parts so probably the best bet mate. Plenty of maintanance guides showing strong/weak points & plenty of specialized MX5 places around the country to help get you started.
As we know they're not everyone's cup of tea but i'll stand up & say i love 'em, bags of fun, tough as old boots, cheap to run & easy to work on. Not many toys but you've got the Elite for that, the MX is a toy & does'nt pretend to be anything else. Once again don't forget to unzip the rear window when you drop the hood.
        ENJOY, Guy. :y 8-)
