laptop bags?
« on: 07 August 2008, 21:44:15 »

Can anyone recommend a good laptop bag that will hold a 15.4" laptop and the power supply properly rather than the power supply just shoved in a pocket somewhere????

Only asking as it seems a minefield of loads of bags to look at but not knowing which to buy ::)

For my works laptop, I use a Tescos carrier bag.  Partly because the firm I work for won't supply one, but mainly because it pisses off the one of the middle managers big time...

Got a very nice targus laptop rucksack for work stuff.

loads of room for pc, few peripherals, folder, and most importantly my lunch

have a £15 from tesco's tagus bag for home laptops.

also fine, but not much space (but that was what we wanted)

i got a rucksack, in the skool style. 1 big fat strap instead of 2. Very comfy to ware, feels like its not there.

Got a 15" works widescreen laptop that goes in there.

Think its made by belkin, last one broke, asked my boss for a new one, he said just find one you like and we will order it  8-)

I don't think I have ever met anyone so sure of themselves in my life - you make me laugh mate ;D
(In a good way - :y )

I don't think I'd get sacked, 'cos they need me, but I'm not sure I would set out to hack off my managers....  ::)

I've got one of those for mine - very good.  Two main "pockets", one cushioned with retaining strap.  They're made by Samsonite...

Targus give a long guarantee on theirs, so, if you pop your zip.... sorted.. a new one appears..  worth the extra brass....   for my own laptop " Which isn't lager proof!" I have a Wenger bag, which is from the Victronix company....  very nice quality indeedy.. :)

Friend of mine used to carry his laptop in his daughter's baby bag, and the baby stuff in a laptop bag, in case the car got broken into....
