Always worth chatting to Ford... Their oil was remarkably well priced compared to other dealers (including VX TC!!) :y

Any experience of this make? Cheap at £10.50 per Litre delivered. :-\
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/EXOL-FULLY-SYNTHETIC-ENGINE-5W30-FULL-FORD-APPROVAL-TO-WSS-M2C-913-D-SPEC-20-L/350315059204?epid=646327425&hash=item5190679804:g:Bu4AAOSwrhhaBaeA

I guess no-one has used this, but as it meets the spec it should be OK. :y My Ford stealer only offers 4L cans of Castrol. :(

Are you sure that is the correct spec for yours? Listing says M2C-913, which is an older oil, unsuited to DPFs.  I thought you said yours was M2C-934 (which is low SAPS)?

I did, then corrected myself in reply #26. Mine is...-20 M2C-948-B, or -30 M2C-913-C, but from what I can gather, later end letters with the same prefix numbers are acceptable and backward compatible. :y

Oh, happy days, as the 913 is dirt cheap just about everywhere, and far more readily available.

What age/engine is your Mondeo?

Why did I think you had a diesel :o.

Might be worth ringing your local dealer for price of http://www.tradeclubparts.co.uk/parts/oil/engine-oil/5w20fs/ which meets the higher spec you said in earlier edited post :y
