Well, that surprised me, they called me back, and promise the missing spring will be with me by the end of the week.

God knows how much time I've wasted chasing this (work will pick up the phone bill ::)), but at least it looks like its resolved :)

I hope they don`t mind picking up the man hours either  ;D

Fingers crossed the spring turns up or you`ll be wasting more of works time and resources next week  ;D

They lost more man hours this morning ;D.  How hard is it to deliver a bloody spring.  They were still insistent they sent a replacement last week, but they couldn't find a tracking number for it.

So they are now going to deliver it by van from a local ECP store tomorrow. Guaranteed. Apparently.

Just called ECP at Banbury about it, just to check I wasn't lied to. They know nothing about it, and certainly are not delivering anything to me today.

This is getting beyond a joke now. Not that I saw the amusing side of it anyway.

The way I look at it, its theft of your money and you cant let them get away with it. Its not the amount, its the principle.
I'm now avoiding cp4l due to a similar experience recently.  :(
