WHO'S PRIVATE ARMY?

Yes folks it is a fact...there is only one person in this country to this day that is allowed to have their own private army :y...I am not going to tell who, but should you know your history you will likely know the answer? ;)

... The Atholl Highlanders is a Scottish regiment. However, uniquely in the United Kingdom, they are not part of the British Army. Instead, the regiment is in the private employ of the Duke of Atholl, making it the UK's, and indeed Europe's, only legal private army.

where's my prize then?  ;D
