They've been stripped of their British citizenship, so it's nothing to do with us.  ;)

Personally I think they should be tried and sentenced in Syria or Iraq, whichever country they committed their crimes in and face justice there.  :y

But the British Government has stipulated that if the two are placed in the Guantanamo Bay detention camp, the evidence, which is extensive, that the British authorities hold will not be released to the United States prosecutors!  ::) ::)
