Been away for a few days so just seen this  . . . problem is with a re-schedule  . . I and I know one other oofer have already made bookings  for accomodation on the date agreed  1st December 

also 8th is my weekend to work

Okay,,, can't be changed,  just was talking to serek over weekend,  he just mentioned about the following weekend, if people's have committed to accomodation, then far does,   
 

Also as your worming the following weekend, I can see the problems.

I am tempted, would like to meet some different faces.  At the moment I can do either weekend but I will commit formally closer to the time depending on SWMBO's work schedule.

Either weekend would be OK for me and cancelling or changing my accommodation booking isn't a problem at this stage, but if not many members are going to be there the journey distance wouldn't be justifiable for me and SWMBO.
However, I may be combining this with a visit to Serek, (not yet discussed), so I can wait to see what is finally decided.

Late start does not bother me  . .. & as I understand it  . .would suit some

Changing date is a pain for me now  . . . as it is my "off" weekend  & SWMBO has put that weekend in the nurses rota book to be off as well

Won't be very late, be about 2000, was talking to the guy who I'm going with, so looks like be back home early enough ....
