A court in Guatemala has sentenced a 66yr old ex-soldier to 5,160yrs for being the "author of" an atrocity where 171 people of a village were massacred.

Compare and contrast that with the little scrote who assaulted the former Welsh rugby international Gareth Thomas in Cardiff last weekend, who was dealt with by 'Restorative Justice' 

I think this means he was given a mild talking to at the scene and was sent on his way to have a good laugh about it all with his mates! 

A sound thrashing with the birch and locked in the stocks for 24 hours on Cardiff's Queen Street, would have been a better deterrent to him re-offending and a warning to others!
