thats what my doctor called it. r.s.i. said its permanant now. its quite painful lifting 10x4 18mm mdf sheets  :( :(

I came in and played Mario and Sonic at the Olympic games after a skinfull!

Didn't break anything, but won the 100m then threw up everwhere!

i missed the tv by about an inch and smashed the Wii remote on the wall behind it.

no injuries as yet but i sold the wii fit as i thought it was a bit crap - expected more from it to fair
