Looks like a "scraper" type site to me. Very clever idea and could earn someone wads in advertising revenue.

But morally and probably legally wrong.

"Scraper" sites are websites that "scrape" data off other sites and present it as their own. E.g.
BBC News - Ryanair blocks 'illegal' bookings

Swindon ebay is interacting with proper ebay by pretending to be a regular user IMO. And scrapng local sites to add authenticity.

Very clever but I don't think it's right.
