Yes, why on earth can’t we have a few  (doesn’t have to be all of them) not so well off well educated normal folk involved :( after all that’s the majority of the people living here.

Tiny insignificant island? Where are you living?
Errr, the real world. Just think about it for a minute.

Not this yet again. Two demerits and stay behind after class. Any country  with a GDP in the top six in the world is not insignificant. Major economy is the correct answer.

We lead the world in healthcare, pop music, financial services and technology,  Online shopping, clean growth, offshore energy, attracting investment, literature, London, football, private security, animal welfare, private schools, universities, motorsport, contemporary archictecture, film special effects. I could go on but that should be enough for any Brit to be proud of some or all.

I hear Boris is considering Jeremy for a Knighthood for his contribution to getting the Conservatives an overwhelming majority in the House of Commons.

;D

If anyone reads the rage-rags (Express etc), apparently Swinson might come to the house of Lords because the current party leader wants her "Back in Parliament as soon as possible" and nominating her for the dissolution honours list is a way of achieving that.. #jobsfortheboys

Or .. is it "jobs for the girls"? "Jobs for the people"? No, that one sounds too Marxist for the LimpDems.. ;D

Well, she did serve as an MP for a total of almost a whole parliament, and lead her party for the best part of three months, so surely its richly deserved.
She also fought hard to cancel the referendum result and Im very sure it was nothing to do with her husbands company receiving approx. £3.5 million from the EU last year.

Crossed out the ones that are simply 'dangle berries', whatever the Mail might proclaim.  The *'d ones will go when we lose our biggest trading partner.

And as for London being something we lead in, WTF?  Like Kenya leads in something called Nairobi ;D

Its this belief that Great Britain still has an empire that will destroy us. Like it or not, we live in a global free market society, unless you want to try true Communism, which I'm guessing we don't by the Tory majority.
