Seems I may have Tennis Elbow.  spoke to the Nurse today and she says generally severe pains and swollen, as I can still move in all directions.

I am only in pain when I attempt to move it, no swelling as yet and keeping an eye on it for any cloour changes.

Making things awkward, now typing with one hand,  getting about is more awkward.  makes me realise how we take the day to day things for granted.

Worst thing is am having trouble picking my nose properly now.   ;D ;D ;D ;D :y :y
