The floor and sill. It was my fault, Daz had been welding for a while and I cleared off the the shed to pess some poly bushes into the drop links and when I came back it was smoking a bit.  ;D

No it is fine now looks like new :y

Still puzzled though as to why it caught.... the floor seems to be double skinned, there was a hole that got my finger in to get out the rusty bits and couldn't touch the floor :-?

Not really, they have drains from the hood which exit at the sills and they block. The plates were only small.

It probably is in places.

I knoew the suffered from chassis rot.....but that sounds pretty serious!

Can you not get new floor pans?
