O.O.F members beware......
« on: 01 September 2008, 01:41:12 »

I'm so F**KED off please forgive my tone and language but some tw*t on e-bay has tryed to do me out of some cash and when i have put my claim in and given him bad feedback he's manged to get me a strike on my e-bay account and is fileing a Final Value Fee credit how in the hell........

Beware of the seller carbitsuk07. Sorry if i'm breaking any of the forum rules but had to warn other omega owners of this scammer.

He sell's damage item's and then blames poor mister posty and eveyone else. I'm trying my best to stop him getting anything but not sure how or if i'm doing it right he also gets very abusive in his e-mails.

I hope for his sake we never ever meet......... >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

Looking at his feedback i think marky mark has had a run in with this total imberseal.I wouldent mind but all for £18.03.....

Sorry rant over just need to get that off my chest and warn all......

Thats what the forums about matey.

I treat everyone equally on ebay, I do the useual homework but thats go gaurantee any more.  It's people like yourself that warn others but in some cases it's too late to suss these tossers out.

Maybe we should start a watch out for list of Ebay fleecers. :-/

Mores the pitty lizzie maybe we could have had a chat at one of the meets....But to be frank i dont want to bring it to a forum that i enjoy reading the comments and looking at other omega's and i have yet to go on a meet and get to know the other members so it would be a same to spoil that.....Gets me thinking about weather or not using e-bay but you do get one that brings it down for all....

I give em 28 days to deliver with a weekly reminder, then just whack a claim into paypal.

The other thing, as I have said often is to use your credit card, if you get conned you then have 2 possibilities to make a claim.  Paypal and Credit Card.

I have his address as well but my wife keeps telling me i'm not that guy any more and to behave myself....Still i'm trying to beat him at his own game i have had the strike removed and i'v reported him for abusive  language and reported him for  final credit fraud....Still not sure if that makes me happy and if i want to do more or not but my wife my be right and to let it go.

Despite the odd annoying pillock i still use ebay as it's mostly fine.
As for visiting folks who probably deserve what they get, try to keep your hands in your pockets. you'll just get banged up & charged into the bargain. I don't blame you for wanting too, there's been one or two i'd happily break a knuckle on but best not, tempting as it is! >:(

i use ebay a lot and 99 percent of the time its fine but this week i ended up getting loads of abuse of this guy who i bought an item off cos i left him neutral feedback. basically the p&p was overcharged (he charged 13 quid and postage was just 4, packaging consisted of brown paper and bubble wrap) and the item wasnt as described. tried to contact him, no communication. oh and the item took ages to arrive. anyway i leave neutral feedback, which i thought was pretty generous, and then he goes mental spouting all this crap about 'people like you work full time' and 'you got a bargain' etc.

its an auction so im not sure 'you got a bargain' qualifies as an argument as theoretically someone else could have outbid me if they'd wanted to. anyway, then i receive an email from some other ebay user saying they left neutral feedback for this guy and he sent them abusive emails threatening to send viruses to their computer etc

then i get another email from the seller sayin i underestimate the cost of INK!!!! the only ink used was to write my name and address on the envelope. he is loopy.

bizarre.
