That, I'm delighted to say, is not my experience.  Ignoring Parisians of course. Parisians are grumpy because they know Paris is just like London, only smells more.

Anyway, getting back to the point. This Govt have only themselves to blame if sleepy Joe doesnt want to play ball with them. They (particularly Theresa the appeaser) had four years to get a deal done with Trump, but the fannied around and did nothing much.
It may well bite them on the arse now.
Apparently theres a recent video doing the rounds (I havent seen it yet) where Biden is on the campaign trail, and a reporter sticks  a microphone out and says "a word for the BBC ?" He replies "BBC ? Im Irish" and walks off.
Not a good sign.

This was criminally negligent in my opinion, and they should have taken full advantage of Trumpy's term in the White House!
