Hair Loss?

I have got to that age where I am starting to thin out on top, normally I would consider just shaving it off like my little brother did, but in my case I have quite a large scar accross my head I would rather try and keep hidden. :-\
 
Any recomendations :y

When I went through the same thing I seriously considered a transplant , but then I thought I would look stupid with a Kidney on the top of my head  :y

I recommend that you buy a wig and post up a picture for our entertainment opinion.
