 Sprouts will never be ready in time if you are only putting them on to cook now.
Needs to go on the stove in April and left to simmer to be ready for Crimbo

fry the sprouts in a pan with some nice bacon till the bacon is crispy then discard any green round bits and make a bacon butty with what's left

I just had to nip out and tie up my elderly neighbours gate which was banging in the wind.

I reckon the Gods have been eating Sprout Vindaloo, as it's fickin howling out there!
