I think it was an array of synchronised mini drones with LED beacons over the dome ,not fireworks 

lots of laser effects too , very green for the environment

or maybe that was the police snipers picking off coivdiots   

quite surprised they bothered as no one was suppose to go and watch them

Sad IQ Khan is a race baiter. He knows that a 'black power salute' over London will only inflame racial tensions. He doesn't care.
