Just a thought with my speedo acting up yesterday.

Any recomendations for apps so that I know how fast I am going. :y

I use Car Home Ultra on my Android phone. Its set to automatically start when it's docked in the car cradle (power) and it pairs with the bluetooth but you could manually open the app if you didn't want to set that up. It allows you to simplify the display (user customisable icons) making the handset easier to use in a car environment and has the GPS speed displayed if you tick the option.
