People should be more like me and only eat burgers made from Quorn or lentils.

Or not. Growing cows is a far more efficient way to produce protein than growing soya beans.

Is that really true? You have to grow the food that cattle eat, and consider the whole system. Which is something that statements of that nature don't.


Cows provide milk before they're meat, and leather too, so I suspect they're more efficient as a process.

Enjoyed a Quorn pie recently. Not as bad as people might think.

It was tender and tasty.......with a sort of odd meaty flavour.


I think simple food is the best. Leftover  heated up shepherds pie is lovely, especially if you add cheese and crisp it up.

The bacon must be crispy and cooked. I won't eat meat that looks like a good vet could get it back on it's feet.
