Prodrive bumpers are made of plastic
Omegas are made of metal which rusts 
so, the value of prodrive bumpers will decline when most of the Omegas have rusted away and the remaining Omegas have prodrive bumpers already fitted .
probably not a commodity to invest ALL ones life savings in 
I purchased mine cheap ,and because  it was cheaper than repairing the battle damage on the original
