i just wonder jaguar xj is chain belt or cambelt??
any one know about  xj series or had before ?? i love to hear what
they say  :)

what engine?

the V8's are chain, not sure on the S6.

Chain, i'm sure..The original XK engine (upto '86-odd) was chain, as was the AJ6 engine in the wife's XJ-S.  Think the AJ16 was also - making that all the S6 engines...that i can think of!

s6 is 2 doors one?

i like the saloon one :y i was looking at the late 90's  xj

most of them got v8 3.2 and v8 4.0

so if they chain belt  :o that s a good thing

how often you have to change them?

S6 = Straight 6 (as opposed to Vee 6 or Vee 8)...

So you're on about an X300..which i know burger all about - sorry!
