I'm wondering where all these 'draughty' houses are that they keep talking about? 

The vast majority of houses these days are double glazed and have loft insulation, and my house for example is as tight as a knats chuff with all the windows and doors closed.  I probably could have deeper insulation in the loft to be honest, but then you make the space unusable if you have 6ft of rockwool up there!

It takes the snow much longer to melt off my roof than other houses in the street
I have a warm roof , 3 layers of PIR on/in the rafters with thermal breaks .
we don't have the heating on vey often ,just the gas fire and heated bed .

My house is old and lets the heat out through the walls and the roof. I try not to let it keep me awake. I suppose I could turn the heating down in the house,  and sit in the car with the diesel engine running all night to keep warm. 
But then some people would probably moan that I'm killing my neighbours in their beds. You just can't win these days.

Shooting them?!   That is far too good for them! 

But, ok shooting is not allowed ( )  so where are all the prison sentences that have been talked about for these bloody idiots?!

As though motorists going about their lawful business have not got enough to deal with already, like getting the fuel that is now being wasted by idling engines caused by these protests - that actually increase the environmental damage!!!  Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

If I were that close to the front of the queue, I would be forcing my way through them... Albeit in first gear at idle... Just enough effort to be serious, but not enough to splatter people.

I would of course forewarn them that if they attempt to block any part of the vehicle that cannot reasonably be seen from the drivers seat, they do so at there own risk and they accept full responsibility for doing so and agree that I will not subsequently be held liable if they bleed to death waiting for the ambulance or lose a limb or three in the process.

I would like to think that anyone behind me would have the sense to follow.
